I had borrowed a BMW GS 310 in the last week of Aug 23 for a day. The staff is very professional an took their time to explain the procedure and helped me to select a bike and advised on route. Pick up and return was also as smooth. Will surely recommend to friends.

My friends and I used GS Africa to book three motorcycles (two Street Glides and a Sportster). The team there was incredibly responsive through the whole experience and they even mapped out a great day-long route for us - which gave us an excellent ride through some of the most scenic parts of the Western Cape. I highly recommend this team if you want to rent a bike with little hassle and full support. Great team.

Candi was flexible on my dates due to weather conditions and was very helpful with suggestions not only routes but general information. The entire shop was well organized, clean, comfortable and homey. They had all of the gear needed, and then some. It was all in great condition, cleaned and didn’t stink (always a big plus). The 1250GS that we rented was in perfect shape…looked brand new and was comfortable with everything in perfect condition. I forgot the guys name who checked out the bike before we left and upon returning it, but he was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. Took many pictures of every detail and made sure that everything was documented before we left, emailing me the details. Overall great experience with this company!

Great holiday and excellent biking around the Cape. Candi-Lee was very helpful in all the planning stages of our trip and the paperwork was all in place ahead of our arrival from the UK. Few small niggles with the bikes we rented but nothing serious and easily overcome. Just one thing to be aware that you need to have a healthy credit card limit as the insurance excess will be fully charged before you leave GS with your rental bike. Can also take a few weeks to get it refunded if no issues (damage etc) to the bike. Overall very pleased with the service received from GS Africa. Final note of advice, just be careful on the cobbled road in front of the premises.

Thanks for the heads-up on the cobbled stones approaching our driveway, I’m sure the riders will appreciate your advice.
Unfortunately the credit card companies only allow an insurance excess deposit to be held for a maximum of 7 days for foreign credit card holders. Thereafter a pre-authorization is no longer valid - we are in continual negotiations with the card companies to reverse this harsh practice, which undoubtedly is a frustration to some of our clients who require the full use of their funds while in SA - our hands are tied unfortunately, and I wish there was an alternative.

I had the most phenomenal time on a BWM 310 GS, thanks to GS Africa Motorcycle Rentals! From start to finish, everything was perfect - the reservation process was easy, the bike was in top condition, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They even mapped out a route for me around The Cape, including penguins and the unimaginably stunning Chapman's Peak. I cannot recommend this company highly enough to anyone looking to rent a motorbike in Cape Town and will definitely rent from them again the next time I'm in SA. Thank you again for an unforgettable adventure!

Renting a motorcycle from GS Africa was an amazing experience! Thank you for all your arrangement Candi-Lee! It was a personal “bucket list” for me to be able to ride on a bike the Chapmans Peak road to Cape Point. I choose the BWM310GS and it was the perfect companion. I liked the engine power and it was easy to handle. Through Chapmans Peak it was great, but when I got to Kommetjie it started raining, at Scarborough it came down in buckets and the 310 was easy to turn around. For this solo-trip the 310 had enough power, reliable and easy to handle. I will definitely book another rental when I am back in Cape Town. ❤️

Yesterday 20th of January 23 we hired a BMW GS850 Adventure and a KTM 790 adventure. We would like to thank the team of GS Africa for the good service and well maintained motorbikes. Actually the bikes almost looked brandnew and we had a great tour around towards Cape Good Hope via the M4 and the M6.
It is a really scenery way with lots of places to refresh and have a nice meal.
After returning the bikes, the quick return inspection was made and we could close this day with a cold beer.
Thanks again team GS Africa. We will meet again.

had an amazing experience using GS Africa motorbike rentals. We hired a Harley Davidson Sportster 1200 and a BMW GS 750 across two days. The bikes were immaculate and the booking experience was seamless thanks to very helpful and friendly staff. It was the perfect way to experience Cape Town and the surrounding areas. I would highly recommend GS Africa to anyone considering motorcycle hire whether novice or very experienced. At the shop was also a very handsome and friendly chap (dog) named Cougar, who was a delight.

My son (age 28) and I (61) recently rented a pair of GS' African bikes (BMW GS 750 and 850) which we rode from Johannesburg to Cape Town through the Drakensberg, starting on the coast in Durban. What a trip and experience it was! The bikes performed perfectly and we felt fully supported by Candi and her staff the entire way. The many locals we met along the way were always friendly and obliging. The entire experience from booking with GS Africa, along with their vast knowledge and tracking was flawless (they knew I gently laid down my bike on the Suni pass (and called us to make sure we were safe) before we decided to park them 😀 and were fortunate to be asked to join a tour up the pass to Leshoto).
From the time the bikes were delivered to us in Johannesburg, when promised, till the end in Cape Town, our trip was rather effortless but incredible and completed without a hitch. Thank you GS Africa and Candi and all the staff for all your help and ensuring our adventure was a wonderful experience. All said, I highly recommend a 2 wheel trip booked and organized through GS Africa.

bonjour dans mon dossier pourquoi faire un état de retour des motos le mardi 14 novembre 2017 quand on remet les motos le jeudi 9 novembre au matin .pourquoi ne pas envoyer au locataire de la moto un devis avant; non vous préférer débiter le compte du client de 961,58 € sans aucun avis pas très honnête de votre part surtout le point évoquer un boulon recolle la nuit du n importe quoi
