Howie was so easy to communicate with, and he always responded promptly. He arrived for our pickup early, ensuring that we were all able to comfortable arrive for our day out in the winelands with no rush. He drove so well and we all felt totally safe in his capable driving hands. Howie went above and beyond, with our tour finishing later than expected. He is such a friendly, professional and genuine person. We highly recommend him for group bookings.

I cannot recommend Howie strong enough. I was a bit worried because he was very affordable compared to many other services, but my fears were unfounded. He was a great guy, communicated very effectively and quickly when making reservation and answered questions very promptly. On the day of the trip he was early and was very flexible in scheduling the time of the tour to meet our needs. He was so informative and easy to work with. The best part of the day trip was the conversations that we had with him. He took us anywhere we wanted to go and gave us great advice how to see what we wanted to see. Howie took my family and I on a day trip to Cape Point and the surrounding areas in late August 2023. I was actually let down by another guide at the eleventh hour for 3 days of pre-booked trips and contacted Howie as a last resort (I had bookmarked his details having seen other great reviews). He was quick to respond, very honest about what he offered and able to help us for one day but also very generously pointed us in the direction of a contact who was able to sort us out for the remaining days. The only reason I didn't book Howie upfront was that he states that he isn't a "guide" as in officially accredited but in reality that wasn't a [roblem at all. He is very knowledgeable, upfront about anything he didn't know (we just googled it!) and actually had the perfect amount of knowledge and insight for us. We were travelling as a family of 4 with two older teenagers. His vehicle was really spacious, comfortable and clean and Howie quickly put together a great itinerary that suited us perfectly, making additional suggestions and going out of his way to make sure I saw something I thought I had missed. His rate was very good value for money and if we came back to Cape Town I would definitely try and use him again. Thanks Howie - we did also eventually see a lot of baboons!

Don’t look any further- Howie is the man who will make your trip a joyful one ! The best part of the trip was conversing with Howie who has a wealth of knowledge of Capetown. Always punctual and greets you with a smile . He is the best !!!!

We five travellers booked Howie for 2 full days around Capetown, to Stellenbosch, and down to Cape Point. He pointed out the sites, the viewpoints, recommended places to eat, including booking ahead for lunch and a wine-tasting experience. He was reliable, professional, patient and fitted in with us very well. While he shared his knowledge of the area, he didn't give us overload! It was just right! Howie was an amazing, delightful driver/tour guide. I was in Cape Town with 2 friends for 2 1/2 days. Howie made our trip more memorable than we had hoped it would be! He happily planned and took us to our places of interest. He had several suggestions regarding other sights we could visit based on our interests. He was beyond polite, flexible and giving more than 110% of himself. He also transported us to the airport. It was a pleasure spending our time with him and I would recommend him to anyone visiting Cape Town!
