We visited only the tower, for 12 they give you a tour and access to some nice looking rooms. A mix of art and brewery. Very well prepared with many details here and there to see. I don’t get why some people consider their beer...More

Hundertwasser was primarily an artist not an architect. His design was completed long after his death. He was fascinated by color as is starkly in evidence in the buildings. The Kuchlbauer brewery incorporates his art and German legends into almost everything. The one hour tour...More

The buildings and architecture is terrific. Tours are provided in German regularly. We were there on a Saturday and they did not have tours in English. The have a restaurant-beer garden which serves traditional German fare at surprisingly reasonable pricing. The day we went it...More

I was worried I might be disappointed with this. It far from it. It is well worth the visit - you can even eat and drink in the beer garden it is situated in!

It was an interesting experience but unfortunately the tour is only in German language. You can eat something if you, the food is delicious and the price are very Good.

Not a single right angle in the whole tower. A place you have to go, and by that enjoy the brewery tour and a free beer afterwards. It is absolutely amazing.

There is a certain hunt for weird and quirky architecture aimed to give a unique 'spirit of place' and identity. The Abensberg tower is actually a very interesting structure in a tiny town. Very late Hundretwasserian, with hold and organic features attracts hundreds of visitors....More
