Four great adventure bike enthusiasts booked and stayed at Bhejane.
Philip and Adriana, give excellent service and the campsite and tented camp are great.
This is a great destination, lots to do. great food and drinks, good company.

We had a wonderful overnight visit at Bhejane Reserve. We arrived late but Adriana & Phillip had dinner and a glass of wine/beer waiting for us. We spent the night in Kudu chalet that has everything needed and a very comfortable bed. The next morning we went on a drive through the game reserve before breakfast and saw Cape buffalo, a baby giraffe and the giraffe herd. Adriana cooked using local meats such as wildebeest, springbok, warthog and ostrich egg! Excellent food and hospitality!!

Very nice and rustic place to escape the rush of the city. The host are very friendly and helpful. I loved my stay at Bhejane Game Reserve.

While doing a circular Baviaansroute, we stopped for one night.
We stayed in the tented camp. The camp is situated on a river/stream. The one luxury tent, has a sliding glass door with a lovely deck. Inside has a double bed and single bed. A full bathroom. Everything you need to be comfortable. However the the tent and some of the "things" a little worn. I did not like the winter sheets as it had the "balls" on them. The kitchen outside was adequate, and we were warned about Monkeys, so we ensured everything was put away. We did not see any but had a visit from a wild cat or civet. The other tent was adequate with outside ablutions. Both had lots of hot water.
We had to cancel 3 bookings, due to unforeseen circumstances, and despite advising them 7 days prior , we still had to pay the full amount. The lady knew this but only let us know after querying , and via email. A little disappointing. The afternoon we took a lovey walk, and the reserve is really pretty, however we never saw a single antelope.

The hosts were beyond gracious, friendly and helpful. They spotted and fixed a flat tire of ours and went out of their way to make our experience as positive as possible. The food was homemade with love and care and our hostess successfully explored vegetarian options to accommodate us. Our only bug was that there no fans in the rooms and the toilet didn't flush. The facilities were basic but well stocked and all needs met.
