We had a lovely time at the museum suitable for older children 8+ lots for them to see. The talks brought it alive. A great history lesson. We had a lovely lunch. Our grandchildren were eager to learn more to extend their knowledge of history.

This place is a must see for any history buff. The staff are very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and love to stop a talk about their muesium. If you get the chance the R3 bunker is very impressive and surprisingly large.

There are shaded areas plus there is a secure dog compound. Water will be supplied on request.
