Was very surprised to find Tom Thumb's grave inside the church, but it was folklore. The cafe doesn't appear very inviting and the sale of half dead plants and bric-a-brac was slightly confusing. The information about bats also seemed to detract from the fact that...More

Interesting church to visit. Large and imposing from the outside and light and airy on the inside. The main area of the church is more like a shop, library and cafe, but there is a small area by the alter which still seems to be...More

Really interesting church and the information about bats made good reading. We visited later in the afternoon and everything had covers on them so it looked like they wanted to close up. We cut our visit short on this occasion as we didn't feel as...More

This church looks very imposing from the outside but very confusing when you walk through the doors. It looks like a vast hall used for many activities & there is a lot of information on Bats! Still once we made our way to the Chapel...More

As we approached it looks derelict due to the amount of light we could see, this though is caused by the massive plain glass windows it has. There was a good display about bats which are a problem for this church, but not a great...More

Brilliant welcoming church, friendly people with a little cafe inside. The church is very old but one of the most peaceful buildings I have ever entered. Lots of information to be had.
