My partner and I visited this garden under the National Garden Scheme, the kind owner opens his garden for several months a year for the benefit of charity. To my mind it was the perfect garden, something different to see around every corner, huge established...More

A beautiful garden that is quite expansive. Areas of well manicured lawn and garden, along with more natural areas. Picnic areas and quiet benches. The view from the main house is marvellous. Sadly although children’s tickets are available to purchase, it is not the most...More

Lovely garden open regularly and good to see at different times of the year. It is much bigger than the house front might suggest and dips away giving a real countryside feel. Worth a look.

Dropped in with a friend and was pleasantly surprised at the size of the garden. Really is well hidden from the road but a true gem. Lovely display of rhododendrons and such a peaceful setting. Wandered around for about an hour and although other people...More

I visited with friends and spent well over an hour wandering round the lovely garden. It was quite big and had a good variety of plants and styles. Really enjoyed taking our time to see everything and enjoying the sunshine here.
