We were 3 families that took this trip and during all our time untill we reach the destination, J kept contact with us and ask to all our question. I really apreciated that he involved also in finding solution to a flight that was canceled at one point. The lodge we stay were medium, the food ok (i have to mention that also the price paid was more than fair compared to many other tourist operator), but the safari itself was an unforgetable experince with a verry experienced guy that showed us many, many animals and make our stay pleasant. Thanks once again, J! I strongly reccomend him and Emmy Tour!

Our guide Nurdin and our chef provided an amazing trip for us in Northern Tanzania. Everything described prior to the trip was accurate. It was an amazing and unforgettable experience. Nurdin is a true expert on the ecology and wildlife in all three national parks, and speaks fluent English. He and his chef are professional, courteous, and provide a true safari experience to those looking for an adventure. We chose not to tent camp, instead we stayed in budget lodging (Jambo Lodge, Serengeti Cottages) and were happy with our experience. We were able to see all the "Big 5" wildlife among many other unique animals to the area. Overall we would highly recommend a safari with Nurdin and plan to use Emmy Safaris in the future to explore some of Tanzania's other National Parks.

We were on the trip on Tarangire and Manyara Park for 2 days and 2 nights. We have seen many wild animals, lions, elephants, girrafes, zebras, hippo and others. It was really excited expirence and well organized by Emmy Safaries. Albert was our guide, very nice and helpful person. The accomodation at first night was in private guesthouse in Arusha in very very honest owners. We feld like being family. We’ve also visited Masay Village. Was nice, but be caureful about the prices. I had very good contact with a chef. And he anwered me exactly for every qustion. The car was comfortable. Everything was perfect and I can clearly recomend everyone Emmy Safaris and Tours.

The safari was awesome! The Serengeti is beautiful. We didn't expect to see so many wild cats and other animals. Albert is a great guide. It is very pleasant when a person loves his job. There are two points that I want to tell you about. Emmy didn't have warned me in advance that there are many tsetse flies in Tarangiri. If I knew that, I would have given up a day there in favor of the Serengeti. We were bitten by flies, it was very unpleasant and scary due to sleep sickness. Better to warn customers. The second point is the chef Lamek. On the last morning he was drunk (alcohol or something else, I don't know). Leaving the car, he began rudely demanding a tip, despite the fact that in the morning he had already been given money. When we gave him more, he began to scandal that they gave him little! We were shocked by the behavior of a street beggar in such good company. He ruined the mood for the whole day. After talking with Emmy, he said that he would fire this chef and this situation will not happen again, and that I can recommend the safari to my friends. I gladly did it because we liked everything else (because of the Albert). Friends were shocked by the safari and refused the last day of the trip. There was no organization, they paid contributions to the park themselves while standing in line. The guide was unprofessional and went to Seregeti in the same place and could not find animals, he did not know Tarangiri at all. On top of that, there was the same chef acting like a beggar again. I am very ashamed of my recommendation. The company does not respect itself or its customers. Be careful when choosing.

Response from Emmy T, General Manager at Emmy Safaris & Tours

Am very sorry for everyone for this reviews , someone who wrote this reviews she was has a problem since she booked a trip , she is lier she don't want to say the truth she hide something , I was told from the day they were received at the hotel, at night they where drunker too much alcohol and started make a noise and disturbed the other customers who they where there at that date , not to mention I received a complaint from the owner of the Savannah hotel about the client whose name is Elizaveta was with her husband, that they were drinked much and make distabance to the other customers . not only the own told me even to the staff of the hotel they tell me about the Elizaveta with her husband , secondly they stole a cigarette holder from the room and asked for use and then they returned it but they stole it, I got the complaint from the owner of the hotel I asked the customers who is elizaveta refused after , They were found in their bag and it was the morning before they left for their trip, same day on way to they trip they asked our driver who is Albert to be taken to the super market to buy drinks. My guide did and they bought alcohol. On the way they were drunk until they reached to the park. Once the arrived in Serengeti national park at the hotel where they will surpot to stay a chef called lameki followed them to give them their menu which would have but they insulted him and very soon I got the complaint and I asked the guide who is Albert he told me that the guests really insulted the staff and I wanted my staff to be polite and do their job correctly, the next morning they deliberately broke the tea bottle because they were drunk, I waited the guide afert finished the trip to pass at the office with those customers who is Elizaveta with her husband so that I could come and talk to them as their trip was a painful journey to us and they were also not civilized at all ...... .. they refused to come to the office and I asked the driver to drop them off at the airport as was the agreement in their booking, about lameki firstly I deny that my staff no one drinks alcohol, and secondly lameki went to took the bottles of alcohol which they had used that elizaveta and her husband have now changed the story they say my staff that lameki was drunk is not true I refuse it .... about strangers paying for themselves really happens the internet is annoying because now we make all the payments through online and for a long time the internet is annoying so you may find yourself sitting for an hour because of waiting on the internet and without permission you are not allowed to enter in the park. but so far it has not been from a foreigner to cut his own card. If there is hard a problems of network the park they will allow customers to inter then late on when they fix you will come and pay before you check out and payment is done through the online not by card , but why Elizaveta lie on my page ? I have also a prove meant form those customers to the e-mail they sent me to apologize but I'm surprised to see this review they wrote, The management of the Emmy safaris & Tours company we apologize to this guest who wrote this review to come forward and speak the truth and not hide anything ..... for our shortcomings we will rehabilitate ourselves and provide the best and most efficient service as we do

We had the most fascinating experience with our guide Serafino, who is very passionate about the animals. He was incredibly knowledgeable about animal identification and the little details in-between! We seen so many animals and were lucky enough to see lions 4 days in a row!! Emmy Safaris is extremely affordable. We wouldn't hesitate to book with them again. Asante Sana!! Ps, We are a backpacking couple and would definitely recommend Emmy Safaris to thoes types of travelers :)
