This is the house of Primo Carnera, who was the Boxing Champion of 1939. The furnishings are genuine from the 40's and 50's. Volunteers open the house every Sunday and much of the information is in English. He probably suffered from gigantism and learned to box in France, later went to America where he became a citizen. He was unfortunately like many fighters had managers that took advantage of him. His son became a cardiologist and the daughter is still alive but is in poor health. Fortunately, the house belongs to the Commune and they have kept it up beautifully. This is a beautiful Casa to view as a part of the history of Sequals and also this gentle giant.…
