Extremely nice park, the cycle tracks are very well kept and the signalling is just perfect (best in Belgium), very nice surroundings

Just popped in while we stayed one night in the town. Lovely setting with a lot of choice for strolls and something harder with lovely flora and fauna

Worked here late into the night helping a friend with biological field work. All in all, it's a pleasant place to visit and I can imagine the walking trails being a delight when the weather is good.

Great place for walking and mountainbiking. And both are kept well away from eachother so they don't offend eachother (because unfortunately nowadays so many people take offense on others with different hobby's). And the entrance and parking are free too!! Multiple entry points, well mapped...More

Living in this area is wonderful because escaping in this place is lovely. A range of walks and runs just choose which one suits you best!

We keep coming back to this Hoge Kempen National Park gateway. From here you can explore and choose from several walks, different lengths but all beautiful scenery. At the entrance there is a restaurant for drinks and refreshments.
