As a tour guide who regularly brings overseas tourists to this facility I have formed the opinion that this facility is run for the convenience of the staff and not of the visitor. The Centre closes at promptly 5pm, which, at this time of year...More

Considering the number of people visiting the visitor facility it is quite small. Thus, it has a knock on effect when the large buses appear. Also they close before sunset, when most people come to see the sunset, a missed opportunity for the business. This...More

I raise the question, what would have happened before this was built? It's a useful addition, but I feel only built to house the 100s of tourists.

The carpark was easily accessible. The cafe part was a bit congested. toilets were handy and directions easy to follow to the walking tracks. overall quite a good set up.

We loved the set up when we visited The Twelve Apostles, great parking and great to have the toilets nearby.

Small visitors centre but considering the mount of visitors here surprisingly low key. A small selection of souvenirs, information and snacks next to a very large car park, thankfully set a bit back from the coast (you cross the road through a pedestrian underpass).

There are toilets here and a small cafe. The information section is quite basic and limited. Plenty of parking outside for your car before you go and view the twelve apostles and other rock formations.

This Visitors Centre located at one of Victoria's premier tourist attractions ... the Twelve Apostles ... was itself a disappointment ... but certainly not the "12 Apostles". There are toilets and a small café at the Centre but the tourist information was scant & basic.

This place is pretty basic. The is a small shop which has well informed staff and information boards. You can get ice creams and drinks but not much else. The toilet facilities are clean. Expect large crowds as this is where the big coaches stop.
