No need for a guided tour, just go there by rental car or moto-concho and take your swimming/snorkeling gear. Visibility was around 2-3m only, but quite some nice fish. Nice sandy beach, possibility to rent a longchair.

It was weekend for our visit. It was full of locals having a good time with families. Nonetheless it was a great safe beach with fish swimming around. Good for snorkeling from shore.

Nice beach, reef is poor, it's very shallow and the waves make it a dangerous spot unless your skilled. More beer bottles then fish. Its better farther out but would need a calm day to get out that far.
