Great beach mostly sandy and good selection of sun beds some free if you bought a drink from them but others 12 Euros for two!! Good spot for watching the ferries come and go.

This is the beach closest to the port of Gialos (Yialos). The beach itself is more than good enough for a day or two on the beach. You will find everything you need here, food, drinks and sunbeds/umbrellas for decent prices.

We arrived to the most magnificent sunset. A stunning venue. Recommend by a local man we could see why it was so busy . The food was excellent fresh traditional sea food. Great service friendly staff. Can't wait to return. Good value beautiful place. So...More

I enjoyed sunbathing and swimming at Gialos Beach whilst in Ios. Nice relaxing and quiet beach with calm sea and nice sand.

pretty decent beach just too shallow, had visited again 10 years ago and the waters were a lot cleaner back then but still a blue flag beach don't get me wrong
