I'm an English heritage member but when I asked re the discount I was told they wouldn't give any as I went alone. Needless to say I didn't go in. Thanks very much. Why should I pay £9 when couples are paying £4.50 each

My husband Alan and I have worked there as volunteers for over 12 years now, we really enjoy meeting visitors and talking to them. The house is open for you to explore it's history and the church too, so much information connected to the same...More

My wife and I went back to the Lullingstone Castle World Garden for our second visit and once again had a wonderful time. There is so much packed in that even though the garden is quite small, seeing everything still takes a while. Allow at...More

Last Sunday I went to Lullingstone Castle with seven friends. I had looked on the website beforehand to find times and prices but unfortunately I had misunderstood the info on visiting the castle (house), not realising that it was 'guided tour at 2pm only' and...More

We didn’t really know what we were expecting when arriving at Lullingstone castle. Firstly, on a normal day it is £9 for an adult and English heritage members get 2for1! Great, except that as it was Easter weekend (we went Easter Monday) there was just...More

We attended with the GCCG classic car group and had a personal guided tour of the World Garden by its creator Tom Hart-Dyke. This undoubtedly brought the experience to magical life as he recounted the harrowing experience in Central America while out plant hunting that...More
