Glandford is the home of Grey Seal coffee. Lovely coffee shop and art gallery on the same site. Bakery and training places were closed on the day we went but also look of interest. Great cakes too!

Arrived just as they were closing so bought some takeaway coffees and a great Chelsea bun. Cannot quibble and menu looked appealing. Also a well thought through art gallery. Go!
