Wonderful art deco building located across from the City Hall guiding and gardens. Worth a glance for it's architectural grandeur. When built, it received a fair share of controversy regarding it's height.
Recommend taking a glace. It is not open to the public
This minature "Empire State" art decor style building appears like a chunky sore thumb in Old Quebec. With all the european charm around, its looks a bit like an ugly duckling. Guess this makes it unique?
