Man in Black Johnny Cash show. It was best thing I have seen in years

We booked the Man in Black show so just went to the Cabernet area of casino. The building is very big so make sure you land mark where you entered. Seating excellent for show and staff very helpful. Lots of taxis available outside although we booked an Uber.

Very Busy, Very Popular

This casino is a big hit. It is not all that easy to get to unless you have a car. A long walk from the Metro station. But once there you will be greeted by big crowds. Very busy. No room at the tables so I played some slots. Lots of bars, so we sat at one and had a good cocktail. Very popular casino

Better operating hours are needed. We arrived by taxi at noon. Casino does not open until 2 p.m. There were many people waiting outside in the rain.

As a local , I join my voice to the tourists complaining of these 3 sad but very true things about the Casino :

1. No more craps table. Are you serious ?
2. Staff is so rude and boring. Most looks like govt agents just waiting to retire and get their pension.
3. Minimum bets are HIGH. 25$ min on blackjack ? c'mon ..

Non-Gamblers Fun Night!

Full disclosure: my partner and I are NOT big gamblers at all. We went just to check it out and we had a great time!

We played some slot machines (fun, didn't win anything!), had a drink at the bar and listened to some free, live music.

We walked around a couple of times and just enjoyed the bustling atmosphere and people watching.

It was fun! So glad we went. I can't really comment on what the card games are like for those who ARE gamblers, but for a fun night out, it suited us just fine!

Decent casino if you HAVE to gamble

A pretty okay casino. Decent slot selection, poker games are a bit slow. Stop by and kill a couple of hours , but don’t go out of your way if you don’t need to.

Worst casino in the world

This has to be the worst casino in the world.
It is government owned and you really feel like dealing with customs agents all the time.
I consider myself a high roller beimg a Wynn/Encore regular and travelled around the world casinos. Usually play average 3k to 5k a hand. Can go up to 10k
List of griefs:
No valet Parking since Covid
No touching the cards in Baccarat
No craps
Pay for all your drinks
No surrender in BJ
Arrogant pit bosses
Miserable dealers
Private VIP area now open to all the public
Zero customer service
You leave to smoke 5 minutes in BJ can't get back to the table

I lost 20K and they made my daughter seating next to me pay 2.75$ for a bottle of water...

I forget other details but overall I would prefer to spend 3 hours at the border customs then spending another 10 minutes in this jpke of a casino.
Arrogant. Under qualified. Bad vibes. Ugly setting. Customs are more pleasant.

Please save your time and don't go.
For poker players Playground is 1000 times more pleasant as an experience.
For gambling play online. At least your drinks are free...

Busy Casino

Super busy on a Saturday afternoon and with all the games that you would expect from a casino. Table minimums were too high for my blood. We had a drink in a pleasant bar and enjoyed the fun ambience. The building is not pretty, but it is huge, many floors.
