take a drive by but if you get close enough be prepared to get wet, and if it is cold out the water on the road freezes so drive careful, but drivers please don't stop as its a pain for the rest of us,

It's a must see. Such a breath taking and amazing experience. I had the privilege of seeing it during the day staying during the night to see the fireworks as well. If you can stay and experience both you should.

Yeah, but you get different colored rain jackets!!! (Red for Canada, Blue for USA I think)!
