We were a group of 14 and found that we were unable to get to higher points of interest on the property. Getting the square ready for Hallowe"en with props etc was of no interest either.

Take the guided tour! Lots of extra details provided with interesting back stories. The parade and drills are well worth watching.

I recently attended the yearly Military Tattoo. I didn't mind having to walk up the hill while it was still light out at 7:00 pm - no public transportation available. The problem was trying to get back to my hotel afterwards when it was dark....More

Not much to see. You pay more than thirty dollars, and in five minutes you have seen everything. There are small shops. Washrooms are fine. If you want to sit outside and eat, they have restaurant, we did not try.

My son had a blast at Fort Henry, so much to see, much bigger then the 2 forts in Niagara Falls. If your looking for some were to take the kids, this is a must historical place to go

It was closed when we were there a couple of weeks ago. You now buy your tickets inside the fort itself. I don't know if this closure is permanent.
