The location alone is worth a visit. The whole idea behind the Plantation supporting local artists is truly awesome. Buying beautiful product, meeting the artists, seeing the work happen, paired with the outstanding views, you can't beat it!

Set in a picturesque location, current craftspeople beginning their own business are doing a wonderful job showcasing their work. They were all a joy to speak to, and very informative, not only about their work but the cool things to do locally.

This is a cute little bay surrounded by high rock wall on one side has working fishing boats moored along the docks. The village building is a two story building with artists on the second floor. The crafts are very good but prices are high....More

I would recommend this place to purchase genuine Newfoundland-made souvenirs. Small and a little pricey; but certainly better stuff that you would find at any museum or airport.

It's a nice peaceful area. You can also walk around the trails after visiting the village. And if you're thirsty...the Quidi Vidi Brewery is right there! Their Iceberg beer is the BEST!

Not much to see here other than a few local artists showing their crafts. Nice view of the habor and place to sit for a minute (trail just around the corner)

Merely a collection of merchant spaces. Unfortunately, the facility was filled with merchants selling products that were mediocre at best. If this were at least a collection of artists' wares, that were marketable, then it would be a worthwhile stop. However, there were very few...More

Disappointed as the road to get there is narrow and very steep hilly road. When we finally got there parking was non existent. We noticed that there was a lot tourists walking to get there but we could not do that. We left search put...More

Set at the head of Quidi Vidi Harbor, this is a building filled with craft studios where artists and artisans are at work. There are some excellent things made here—and there is a wonderful view of the harbor which itself is worth the visit.
