The Quidi Vidi Village Planation is an interesting concept, what with various artisans grouped together in this picturesque community. Not fully occupied when I was there, but still some interesting wares available for sale.

We went, we saw, we left empty handed. A small selection of wares. Mostly higher priced. I wouldn’t return on a future visit.

Stunning, open building with big windows to see the harbour. The building is on the water! Talented craftspeople upstairs who are learning to operate a shop/studio, mostly their first time! Quite a range in products and they are open all year round!

This is a really interesting place to go to visit as it is set in a lovely historic fishing village community. Quidi vidi village plantation is a craft studio as well as tourist information centre.

Definitely worth a visit! There are about a dozen local artisans working and selling their wares. A great place to get some locally made products and a nice array of things as well. Great view of the harbor off the wharf.

We planned on going and checked out the opening hours on the door. We went a few days later to find that they had decided to close one hour early. Since this was our last day in Sty. John's, it was a disappointment.

Information desk and clean washrooms inside. Crafts upstairs. Very quick to visit. Enjoy the nature outdoors.
