The pier is a nice walk, you can see people crab fishing off the end of the pier. Their are sailboats at the end of the pier

What a great place to people watch & see the US across the water. Pretty funny in the summer time when the youngsters jumping off the pier. No fear.

I loved running at the White Rock Pier. It was clean, surrounded by nice scenery and everyone seemed to have a relaxed time being there. It is a must for every visit to the area.

Yes and No. you do need a license. you can find the regulations at government of canada tidal waters licensing. sorry can't put the website link up for you..
