It is the longest pier in Canada and is well worth a visit. An easy walk with great views. It was fun watching the crabbing!

Great seaside town with something for everyone. There are cute shops, lots of ice cream shops and restaurants on the strip.

This is our go to place for taking a stroll along the waterfront. Recommend coming to enjoy the sites & sounds plus taking some of the good restaurants. Only issue could be finding some vehicle parking during busy times, note there is a cost for parking your car.

A great pier. When the water is calm and it’s sunny and the sky is clear, it’s BEAUTIFUL! This place is great for a nice stroll during the day.

The city markets it as "the longest pier in Canada". It is quite a nice place to take a walk. The views are lovely but it can get quite breezy so dress accordingly. Lots of birds flying overhead and there is a small area for fishing

Nice area to take a walk. Weather was great when we visited 70’s in October (global warming). Not too busy on a Wednesday afternoon. Lots of places to shop and eat just across the road.

Yeah I know it's just a pier but you meet a lot of people from everywhere around the world. Went there with my wife and it was a great walk and nice scenery.

White rock pier is considered the longest pier and it was a beautiful pier to visit on any day. I went with friends who were locals and was informed that this place is pretty busy in the evenings. There is plenty of parking and lots of eateries nearby.

What time does the tide go out in white rock today. I dont understand reading the charts.
Does it stay out most of the day? Or does it change everyday.?

The tides change everyday. Low tide today, sunday july 8 was at 834 Am. Everyday, the tides are low about an hour later than the previous day. July 9th low tide is at 918am. July 10th low tude is at 1001am. You can look at our Peacearch news to see the tide chart on one of the first couple pages. Hope this helps. I just recieved this question so am a little late answering if you were wondering about today
