Very helpful and friendly staff, who are not intimidating at all. They give expert opinions, will even suggest blends of different oils and vinegars that complement one another. There's even recipe ideas!

What a great shop. Tasted many different delicious oils and vinegars. The staff was wonderful. When you stop by, plan to buy more than you expected. My wife and I left with several bottles and a great cookbook.
