We had this trekking in aug. 2018. Amazing trekking - stunning. We started to trek at 5.30pm and finished in 2hr (return) at a pace of 4km/h quite tough considering the elevation gain (700m) but we didn't have enough time to slow down the pace....More

Quite a tough hike, we took the steeper more direct route, but worth it for the amazing views from the top. We started out in sun in the car park and on the top it snowed! Thankfully it cleared and we were able to admire...More

The start of the walk is quite steady using an old fire track. Once you hit the halfway point things get a little bit more strenuous but once at the top you are rewarded with some impressive views. The walk down began to be a...More

We enjoyed this hike. My only advice is instead of doing the loop, take the left and head up to the summit. The views are so much better and it’s faster! Nice steady climb views are amazing!

The bald hills provide a beautiful back drop to the blue Maligne Lake. We went for a walk around the Moose loop trail which was a 2.8K walk which was a lovely easy walk, but no Moose.

My husband and I did this with our 12 and 13 year old kids. I read a hiking book that labeled this hike as “easy”. Yes, it’s a man-made, wide, dirt/stone path, but it is uphill, quickly gaining elevation. We made the mistake of taking...More

A challenging hike up to the peaks. Long steady climb and a continuous descent make your legs feel it. Panoramic sights from the top. Worth the climb even on a smoky day like we had. Took us longer than the book says. Treated a gal...More

I would agree with the others, this is not a hike for a small child.
