Took a day excursion to Elafonisi from other side of island and was not disappointed.. we arrived early and so had a short time to enjoy this natural wonder before the crowds arrived and this was in October!! Can imagine it would be twice as...More

I believe the pictures speak for themselves... Very exotic scenery, family friendly too since it has shallow waters for the kids to swim in. It's a "must see" in Crete!!!

What a lovely beach! The pink sand was adorable and if you want some food it's just around the corner. Take a dipp in the ocean or turn around and walk in the "warmer parts" right behind you.

This is a very beautiful beach but you have to drive over the mountains to reach it from anywhere else on Crete. The roads are excellent with gorgeous scenery and I enjoyed the journey so much I did it again on a motorbike, but, given...More
