Polite & friendly staff, Stayed overnight here room was clean bright and spacious comfy bed slept well if we need to stay overnight will certainly book here again

Just had one of the best Sunday lunches for ages, great service and lovely home cooked food.
There was a choice of lamb, turkey or beef with great roast potatoes and Yorkshire puddings, the vegetables and gravy were served separately and in good amounts.
This pub is simply the best in town best food staff always polite and toilets refurbished and always clean I personally think merv has nothing better to do with himself and is out to ruin businesses...

The new crown is worth a visit traditional pub with a lovely atmosphere and Tracy and her staff are very friendly,real ales and good food limited menu at the moment but everything is fresh down to the twice cooked chips, very good Sunday lunch
