Used both Waze and google and both had me going around in circles. After an hour gave up and went elsewhere

A wonderful habitat for wildlife and walking. Excellent in winter for wildfowl, waders and raptors but binoculars essential for identification, even better with a telescope. A place to experience to full blast of the winter climate. Wrap up warm.

A very sunny but blustery cold wind blowing. Just the job for a brisk walk. We walked for about 2 miles and saw a great deal of wildlife. We enjoyed this visit but I would guess not for folks who do not like the elements.

Lovely walk along a bank with views to the washes. Great for dog walking. Lots of wildlife......take your binoculars. Birds and mammals. Car park where serious birders set up their gear. Wrap up well in winter as pretty bleak and open.

Hello, No, this is not a RSPB site, just used by birders. If you follow the Eldernell road right to the bottom, over a small bridge and free parking available. We only usually go in the winter time, lots of rappers and owls... More
