Walking on Bodmin Moor we passed this small cottage that had been a rest for Methodist travellers in the 18th century. A resident guide serves you refreshment whilst telling you how the Isbell’s provided hospitality to travelling clergy across Bodmin Moor. Well worth a visit.

We stopped by the cottage as we were interested in its history. The guides were extremely friendly and informative and we had a lovely surprise of free tea or coffee and cake to welcome us! A lovely little stop on our way.
