Were on a wee mini break and wandered down for a look, it was very nice and small and lighthouse like. Unfortunately it was daylight so I am unsure if it works or not.

Mmmm nice-ish views and the beach has rockpools that the dogs loved but not really anything at southerners and felt a little rundown. On the upside the people were lovely and the dogs enjoyed it!

Due to weather and end of season I didn't find access to the lighthouse. Nor can I find a site for the lighthouse leisure caravan park. .

It's a quaint little lighthouse, manned by the owner, who is a nice chap and had plenty of information on the place and local area. He only asks for a donation with a recommendation of £1.50. There's also plenty of trinkets to buy as souvenirs...More

The lighthouse stands on a rocky beach with access next to holiday park. The beach area had little sand on it - it's not a place to picnic - though there was a family who were sitting outside of the lighthouse doing just that! Not...More

During the summer, the guy tries to open it every weekend I think but he said that's not always possible. There doesn't seem to be set opening times though.
