Very nice beach where you will see lots of beautiful sand, quiet and relaxing. Great place to go after touring the national park.

This long, pretty, empty beach is at the shore end of Lucayan National Park, out Sunrise Highway toward the east end of the island. You get there by a scenic walk on a boardwalk through mangroves and across a small river. Very pretty. Nice place...More

We had rented a car, it was easy to find, about 30 minutes from freeport. Was 4$ each to enter. It was so amazing that we made plans to go back during the week. There are a few underground caves to visit, and then a...More

This beach is breathtaking. Park at Lucayan national Park. Five dollar entry fee per person. Take a short hike through the mangroves to the beach. The hike is awesome. Beauchamp is unbelievable. Completely unspoiled. And not very busy. Know that there are no amenities at...More

This is the most amazing beach anyone in our family has ever seen. You can quite easily see why they recorded pirates of the caribbean here. The sand is really white and there's no bars etc. It just looks like nature intended the most perfect...More

This place is well worth a visit. Start with a brief walk through the mangrove area, over the bridge and onto the beach. Great chance of seeing some wildlife on the way through the mangroves - always plenty of birds. Then it is out on...More

This beach is just spectacular... endless sand stretching for miles and miles! A beach to yourself what more do you want?! Also worth noting that it was used in the pirates of the carribean 2 and 3 movies. The other interesting part is that the...More

This is part of the Lucayan National Park. There is a $5.00 entrance fee with restrooms where you pay. Walk the short trail to the two historical caves where the Arawak Indians once lived and view the history. Then head to the beach across the...More

The beach created an illusion that you truly are in desert beach. You could almost see the Pirates of Caribbean characters landing there - actually two films are filmed here.

We rented a car for the day for 92 dollars and was able to explore on our own without being tied to a tour guide. If you can brave driving on the left side of the road and round abouts then you're golden.
