The weather makes all the difference. We went to Maho with our daughter and her family, including an 8 and a 6 year old for their first snorkel experience. We saw over a dozen turtles, some with remoras, and lots of Caribbean fish. It was great for them and a super day.

We loved this beach, great folks around, and it was so easy to walk onto the beach an into the surf. Get there early as parking gets crowded. Saw great turtles and rays.

This is a beautiful beach but now that it is privately owned, there is only one place to grab food/drink there and it’s very pricey! For the 4 of us (with 4 “boxed waters”) for sandwiches it was $71! I’d definitely come back but next time with a cooler full of food and drink!
