Everyone MUST come and see the beautiful water on Chalk Sound. If you don't visit, you have missed one of the prettiest spots.

Rent a kayak at Las Brisas and explore. The water is a beautiful blue because of the limestone in the sand reflecting from the sunshine. More blue throughout than other parts of the island.

No real place to park, no public beach visible, but one of the more spectacular sights I've ever seen. Not sure if there are better access points, but we just viewed from between houses as we drove. We stopped a couple times for pics. Worth...More

We drove here one day, not really a place to park and enjoy the view, best views were from the air when we were landing and taking off - got to appreciate it more!

We took a drive to chalk sound for a bit of variety and found it to be a lovely secluded beach that gently shallows. Perfect for kids but no facilities.

I wouldn't say it's less breezy on Chalk Sound. We spent a lot of time on Taylor Bay Beach which is close to Sopadilla Bay. When we were there last month it was just as breezy on Taylor Bay as it was on Chalk Sound.
