Built in 1928, the beautiful grey stone church is located just across the street from Independence Square. The church has attractive stained glass windows, fabulous arches and has attractive light creamy yellow walls. Cool and peaceful inside. Located only 2 blocks from the Port Zante...More

We had mass here on a Saturday (6:30pm) and mass did not end until almost 8pm. Why? because 20 minutes was spent recognizing people with anniversaries and birthdays. My husband and I were celebrating our 20th and we were asked to come up to the...More

Very friendly, welcoming people and a lovely church. We were there for Mass rather than as a tourist destination, but the church itself is worth seeing on its own. We visited with Fr. George afterward. He's a delightful fellow.

While in St. Kitts this is definitely worth seeing - just at the end of the Baseterre's central park - it is less than a 2km round-trip walk from where the cruise ships dock!

My title hits some of the highlights. Recommend that you spend an extra 30-45 minutes after completing your shopping off the cruise ship. The walk is probably no more than 10 minutes coming or going. I found that there were noon masses each Friday during...More

Went thru Independence Square to go see the old church. The church is beautiful inside and out. Didn't see any one there if you had questions.

This church/cathedral stands overlooking Independence Square and on a spot where a religious worship property has existed since the early part of the eighteenth Century. This church is fairly simple yet spectacular and open to all and sundry during the daytime. It is in excellent...More

The church is on Independence Square. About a 10 min walk from the terminal. I am not certain about the Mass schedule. I would contact the church directly. They may have a website
