My husband and I stayed at Boucan so this part of the tour was free for us which was nice. It was cool to learn about the plantation we were staying on and all about the cocoa process. It was also neat to graft our...More
We opted for the Bean to Bar trip for a day out.
Cool catamaran ride to Soufrière and then bused to the Rabot Estate.
We made our own chocolate bar - hence the name from Bean to Bar.
Our guide was very helpful...More
Just wanted to say how great the Tree to Bar experience was. What could have quite easily been an boring experience was made in to a fun and laughter experience thanks to Merle. Not only did she look after us she even got my 62...More
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had. Our hotel didn’t inform us that we needed to bring money for this tour, we thought the hotel covered us and it would be put on our tab. We explained the confusion to the woman checking us in and...More

Thank you for your feedback and I have taken all your comments on board.

We really enjoyed the bean to tree part by Merle. It was informative, interesting, and very cool to get to graft our own plant. However, the tree to bar experience was less enjoyable. The lady who did the instructions was entertaining but not nice. After...More
We visited and took part in both parts of the tour. The first part of the tour (tree to bean) was interesting and informative and our guide was very knowledgable and passionate about what he did. We had a go at grafting our own plant...More
I thought this might be the highlight of our trip to St Lucia as we went to quite some trouble to pay a visit.
The atmosphere on arrival however was completely flat.
Beautiful surroundings but no glimpse given into the estate itself, but we just...More
I'm a chocolate lover and getting the opportunity to make my own chocolate was a treat! The host was very knowledgeable about the history of chocolate and cocoa. The food that was included after the tedious chocolate making process was delicious and the chef even...More
The tour here is great - to see the cocoa process for the get go is awesome. Considering we only ever see and eat the finished product this tour makes you think more about our connection to nature and how amazing these cocoa pods are....More

We had a rep come to the hotel selling. You can book in advance online but I think there must be the equivalent of the rep on the cruise as on our trip we were waiting for people from the cruise before departed. There are 2 trips - the day trip around the plantation before you make your chocolate or make your chocolate and have lunch then go to the volcanic springs and sail back via the pitons and Marigaux Bay with a little snorkeling. You'll have a great time
