Nice little visit while in the rain forest! I wouldn't make a special trip just for this, but very cool if already there!

1575 feet above sea level - you can see all the way (10 miles) down to Luquillo and the Caribbean Sea. This is a must see for anyone coming to Puerto Rico.

My husband & I visited and simply drove our car to this spot to be able to climb & look out. I think this would be fun for all ages. Easy climb and looking out as you go up/around. Wear shoes with good tread. It...More

This place is almost at the top of the rain forest and has great views all around the forest. You can spend around 30 minutes here.

Even on a rainy day this was a wonderful stop. My daughter counted fewer steps to the top than they listed and enjoyed each step! The views were wonderful with spectacular spots for pictures. There is ample parking.

This was a great experience. We were able to walk up the stairs to the roof of the tower. If your not fit, no worries, take your time and stroll up.

Enjoyed climbing the observation tower right before going hiking. It’s worth taking a moment to stop there to take in the view

Must See Rainforest Sight! Just 99 steps to the top of the Rainforest at the Tower for some of the best views in Puerto Rico! Beautiful sights all around from the NE coast including Beaches, Forest and City Views.

It's probably too late, but there is no charge to park anywhere in El Yunque. The only fee is to go to the visitors center and it's reasonable and worth a stop.
