Before you leave for MBJ, call Morris for an on-time, safe, comfortable, courteous, affordable and fun ride to whatever your destination in Jamaica may be. Morris was a fantastic guide for our first trip to Negril. He got us right into the Jamaican spirit from the moment we stepped off of the plane, and saw him waiting with our name on a sign. He was recommended to us by a friend from Jamaica and we were able to easily reach him directly with a call or message on WhatsApp (+1 876.367.9561) from the states. For all future trips to Jamaica, Morris will always be our guy because of his five star service!

Look no further...Maxwell is the best driver on the island. We met him 5 years ago and we always call on him to drive us when we visit and we recommend him to all of our friends and family. He discusses history and facts about the places that you pass during your tours. He operates mostly from Montego Bay but he can do tours from or to anywhere on the island. For our trip in April 2023 we went from Montego Bay to St Elizabeth to visit family then to YS Falls then ended the day at Luminous Lagoon before heading back to our hotel. Along the way we stopped for Fish at Borders/Whitehouse and for pepper shrimp in Middle Quarters. He can be reached on Whatsapp at 876 866 8325.

Talk about getting shafted. We took a rum and falls tour at Azule hotel in Negril which is a certified Air Canada Tour, on May 21 2022. It cost $160. US each and lunch was to be included. We got the YS Falls and the lady who was the guide on the bus was very stern in telling us that lunch was not included and that we had to pay before going up to the falls. I had a feeling the fix was in and you can see the driver and our guide high fiving the staff. It just didn’t seem right since our Air Canada Tours rep told us that lunch was included. So we had to pay for lunch at the falls which was very mediocre at best, surrounded by birds trying to have a bit while we were eating. It was fun at the falls, the staff were very good at leading us up the falls and taking pictures. We headed after to our Appleton Rum tour and the first thing the host told us when we walked in is that we would get are tickets for our free lunch at the end of the tour. We were 10 people in our group and imagine the tour guide and driver probably got a nice kick back from the restaurant at the falls. It’s so sad that we all felt like down when we started the tour at the falls and getting shafted by the tour company. Imagine all the tourists that the tour guide and driver are screwing them over. But it doesn’t finish there, when got back on the bus from the rum tour, low and behold the driver and guide had to stirofoam dishes with there lunch and I the picture to prove it. BTW the plate number on the Juta Tour bus was PH0253. My son who just got married arrange this tour and was able to get a credit from Air Canada Tours of 15$ each, at least they made it right but the whole adventure was very upsetting.

Shopping, deals that weren’t that great. More shopping that supposedly the ship company said must happen to be allowed for Juta to park at port. A $5 beach admission which was a good deal for us but others using the same company paid $15 to get into. Round trip was $25 for us. Others paid $35. We really thought we were getting on a taxi not a tour bus. Beware!

Hello, let me start off by saying i traveled almost 90% of the Caribbean and i’ve had the worst experience in Jamaica. I arrived on carnival sunrise on 8/25/21 with my fiancee. I had prebooked excursions however, due to the goverment lockdown in jamaica i had to cancel my original trip. I was sold a juta ticket to the dunn river falls and downtown shopping by Juta Tours in the ocho rios cruise port. The dispatcher Netoya is a scam
Artist. She told me that the tour would be going to dunn river falls and downtown ochorios for shopping and the price of $45 included everything little did i know it didnt include the falls not only we didnt go shopping the driver A Crorolon kept making excuses not to take us anywhere. She literally took us 3 blocks away from the cruise port to very close overpriced shopping centers that she got a kickback from and then she didnt take us to dunn river falls and had the audacity to charge us extra $25 for the entrance fee to Dunn River falls. I complained to the port manager in ochorios already and will be leaving a bad review for your company online also. i will tell tourists not to use juta as they scam customers. Thanks to Juta they made my Jamaica trip a disaster. I will never step foot in jamaica again i’ll use my hard earned money in other islands that treat tourists like humans not animals. Btw, other tourists were very angry as well and complained too. I will also complain to the carnival cruise executive team to not sail to ochorios or allow juta to do business in the cruise port as they are scam artists.

We had Reid , took us out for a day to £ Mike beach , gift shops and then to rocks cafe , only booked with them as was no excursions as was late in day . Was fantastic and much much better than going with excursion place it’s just our family, Reid was fantastic it was like having personal security with us with Fantastic knowledge of the island , we thought it was a taxi service but it’s a full 1 to 1 tour . It was that good we booked him again for the next day and went to waterfalls , black river cruise and to run factory , one of best days we have ever had .

We used Juta Tour to transport to the airport from Negril, and as we entered Montego Bay our van got a flat tire. Before most people even realized we had a flat, the driver had someone there who was able to take all 9 passengers and luggage in his van the rest of the way to the airport so we didn't miss our flight. We really got lucky, but the driver who I didn't catch his name deserved credit for us still being on time.

In a recent trip to Sandals SouthCoast we were fortunate to have Latisha and Dexter, aka Moma and Papa, as driver and tour guide, Juta Tours, for a day excursion. Both were genuine and friendly and made our travel time informative and fun. We were treated like friends and not tourists. Great ambassadors for their beautiful country of Jamaica.
Thank you for your warm and friendly time together.

Hi Tarn C, did Reid have a card or info you kept? Wondering if it was Reid Ainsworth? He took us to Kingston stayed there with us for a couple days which we watched USA vs Jamaica soccer match. Would live to hook back up with him if its him.

Has anyone done the sunset catamaran Negril cruise, leaving from Iberostar Montego Bay? How long a bus ride to catch the catamaran, and how long is the cruise.

Hi there! We are cruising with Royal Caribbean in February 2017. One of our stops will be in Falmouth, and we were looking for a taxi to take us (2 adults, 2 kids) to several places throughout the day and to pick us up in port. Are we able to pick the places that we want to go?
Written 18 December 2016
Hi, we were able to because we booked a private tour, so it was just us. Because we chose that setup, we were able to set our schedule to what we wanted, and stay as long as we wanted within the tour time. This was great.
