Let me start by saying that Manny our driver was awesome!. We normally don't like to be driven around making us feel pressure for a tip or rushed when going somewhere. Manny made us feel welcome and secure he wore a mask and handsanitizer was provided all the time, we stop using other taxis and just called him personally because of his great service and awesome personality. If anyone uses this company ask for Manny Thank you for the great service

Quality Transport Service was by far one of the highlights of my trip. Jorge was so helpful and on top of things. I ordered separate transfers from and to the airport for a large group (about 25 people) and we experienced very very few snags and the transfers were all on time. The shuttle were always of time and the drivers were amazing. One of the best transfers I booked was to go to a restaurant that I threw my husband’s bday party at. The driver (Alberto) was amazing. He literally helped me to blow up balloons and set up the dinner. Keep in mind I do not speak Spanish and he speaks no English. He just saw I needed help and took the initiate to help me. I would 100 percent recommend Quality transport services to anyone visiting the DR.

I randomly came across this agency (amongst many) and I was rather impressed. The service could not be more personalized and professional. They were on time, friendly, and went beyond expectations to make the experience enjoyable. The best part was that they offered many different services for a great value.

I must say Jorge made it possible for whatever time I needed service, I communicated with him thru my google map message and got responses right away. Manny was our driver and he was very good with information's I can say we where glad we choose this company and looking forward to using this company again and recoment to friend and family.. If I could give more then 5star I would've thanks again.

I recently visited Punta Cana (March2020) and had previously found Quality Transport Service through a web search. They are 100% prompt, courteous, reliable and the fees are the best I was able to negotiate.
Remember in the DR everything is negotiable, bu with Quality Transport Service you will get the proper service to go along with a great price.

These guys are the best. Its like having a private limo to drive you around for the price of crowded and never ending bus tour or shuttle offered by the resort or travel agency. They stop on request and are very helpful. No rush or anything its your good time that matters to them. From now on i will be using them from and to the airport. Thanks George and the crew.

Quality Transport Service went above and beyond expectations, they have a courteous and friendly staff that are willing to go the extra mile to make your trip a pleasant one.Their vehicles are clean and well maintained, always on time whenever we needed them. We used them several times during our stay and they accommodated us each and every time.

Our family took a vacation to Punta Cana and I was trying desperately to arrange a car service for pick up service at the airport and drop us to the resort. To make it more complicated, I had to book it for my in-laws who were traveling to the resort a few days sooner than us. So needless to say there for some amount of coordination involved because of the multiple travel dates.
The Royalton Resort recommended Nexus Car Service. After a few failed attempts and reading their horrible nightmare reviews, I decided to do my own research.
After doing a bit of research and calling around I narrowed it down to Quality Transport Service. They were not only quick to respond but also stood out because of their raving online reviews. Jorge the owner is very responsive, speaks English and gets the job done right! He was quick in his getting back to you and I was able to coordinate a pick up service from the airport to the resort for multiple parties on multiple dates. Given how seamless that process was, I coordinated all our return trips from the resort back to the airport which takes off lot of travel stress.
Jorge's drivers arrived on time in ALL the occasions, even a couple minutes early. While in Dominican Republic Jorge is best reachable via WhatsApp. So be sure to download the app. Jorge is quick to respond on his WhatsApp and the communication is easy.
My family and I will most definitely be using Quality Transport Service whenever we travel to the Dominican Republic. Thank you Jorge and all your wonderful drivers (especially Hector).

I celebrated my birthday in the DR with friends and family, booking four excursions/activities (buggy’s, boat party, parasailing, and horseback riding) with Quality Transport Service. We had a blast! Jorge is AMAZING, and his customer service is EXCELLENT!! Jorge made me feel secure in my booking and communicated with me daily upon arrival to ensure I knew the itinerary and when the transport would arrive for pickup. Book now! You will not be disappointed with Quality Transport Service! 🤗

We went Saona Island. Miguel and Jose the drivers were outstanding. Great service. The Manager Jorge Lantigua was amazing. Everytime I called asking to add another transportation service he accommodate the group without hesitation. This company exceed my expectations. I am coming back to punta cana on March and already scheduled their services. I strongly recommend their services and the Saona Island Private tour.
