We made a reservation online the day before, it was confirmed and when we show up for our time the office was CLOSED. We paid $80 for a round trip Taxi from our resort to the escape room appointment, only for the office to be closed. no sign, no info.
Second, the location is inside the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. When we got there, the Hotel staff didn't want to allow us to go to the business because we were not guests. We had to speak to a hotel manager and reluctantly they allowed us to be escorted to the business and found it was closed.
So we paid for an expensive cab ride ($80 wasted) and now have to request a refund from the business and wait for that to happen.
If your office is going to be closed, close your appointment availability online. This was such a bad afternoon wasted. And we are out $80 dollars...

We are deeply sorry for the confusion, that day our venue opened at 3 pm and the bookings were open for that time.
Be assured we take this seriously, we have talked to the hotel so this doesn't happen again. We wrote a direct message to you and solved this issue the best way we could.

We had a great time at Escapology Punta Cana. We did Under Pressure, even though it was challenging, our Game Host Carlos, Alejandro and Eliana were extremely helpful getting through some of difficult areas. For our first time experience our family had a great time

We did both "Narcos" and "Under Pressure", they very fun and challenging enough to make it really interesting and elaborate. We managed to escape "Narcos". Our game master Ivan and game host Maria were super nice and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this experience to families and friends. We had an amazing time!

We played the Antidote Room at the Hard Rock in Punta Cana. We had an incredible experience. Our host was Ivan - he was very friendly and explained the game very well. Our game master Deiker Kurt did a fantastic job and making sure we were having fun while being challenged and entertained.
I would highly recommend plying when you're at the Hard Rock and we will definitely try the other rooms when we return!

Had a great experience at Escapology Hard Rock Punta Cana! Staff was very friendly and explained everything before we began. Area was clean and sanitized. We did "Under Pressure" - situation was inside a submarine, very realistic visual surroundings and sounds. Maria, our gamemaster, was amazing - attentive and offered a couple hints without "giving away" anything. The game was challenging, but we escaped within the hour!

My son, daughter, wife and myself really enjoyed the experience, it will challenge your creativity and your problem solving skills to the max. We liked it so much that the next day we took up another even more difficult escape room and barely made it with only one minute to spare!! Both managers at this location were very knowledgeable and helpful. If your family likes to be challenged and thrives on problem solving this adventure is a MUST!!!

For me when I entered in the Escapology I really liked the design because it gave me a calm and safe feeling about the place. The 7 deadly sins was a very hard and confusing one. There was good tasks that were a good cooperation needed indeed. The 3 room where we were they were very designed by the topic what we chose. The sounds were good.
When I entered the smell was an intensive good smell smoke and it was strong. When we got hints the board showed us some help and the text font made it hard or disunderstand the messages. When the time has finished a women came in and she brought us to the lovby to the Escapology but I was waiting to her to show what was the solution to how to open the door if we would have some more time.
In overall the whole Escapology was a great time and I really liked it!

We were shocked to see an Escape Room venue at the Hard Rock Hotel - Punta Cana. Our group had a mix of new and experienced players during our 1 hour escape. We loved every single aspect of it! The staff was super nice and welcoming while the escape room provided a good challenge. Our game host Ivan along with game masters (Deiker, Kurt, Eliana) gave us all the details we needed to start our game. The escape game we played was Narco and we recommend it for anyone looking for a challenge. We ended up placing 5th in terms of time when we played!

Carlos and Deiker were amazing at making it an enjoyable experience. I went in with my sister and it was very fun trying to solve all the puzzles and getting hints.

First of all, what makes a place excellent are people giving and being in service there. And we can tell you that these guys are amazing. Jesus, Luis & Deitler are more than excellent. No exaggeration used. Escapology is a place full of mystery and tricks. The rooms are well crafted and they completely soak you in the story. We liked the first one, Narco, so much that we booked a second one rigth after, the Under pressure. First you get the story and then you begin to solve the puzzle. Which was not as I expected it to be. I was imagining a virtual reality. This is actually as the reality should be. Real. These rooms bring you into a James Bond movie and you become the main actor. Having the sounds and the whole atmosphere designed to wrap you, you feel under pressure and your brain starts to connect the dots. Of course without 3 guys and many hints we would be lost in the first step. It is more than a worth experience to invest an hour of your life. Thank you Escapology and J, L, D

Tenemos juegos donde pueden participar niños de todas las edades.
- Saving Santa de nivel 6/10 donde Santa es secuestrado y entran a la casa del secuestrador para salvar a Santa y salvar la navidad.
- Antídoto de nivel 6.8/10 donde entran en un laboratorio científico, son infectados por un virus y tienen una hora para conseguir el antídoto.
- Cuban Crisis de nivel 7/10 donde entran a la oficina de Fidel Castro para detener una guerra nuclear.
Para el de 3 años no se le haría ningún cargo pero perfectamente puede entrar a acompañarlos y ayudarlos. Si quieres ver videos de los juegos pueden entrar a nuestra pagina web.

O objetivo é encontrar uma maneira de escapar de uma sala, onde você e seus amigos ficam trancados, tem 60 minutos para sair da mesma.
Normalmente há alguma história que precede a situação, explicando como aquilo começou.
Dentro da sala existe tudo o que necessitas para o fazer, e para isso terás de procurar pistas, objetos, e resolver enigmas para chegares ao objetivo final...Escapar antes que o tempo se esgote!
