Excellent service. We went to Klein Bonaire twice with Epic. The captain is very protective of the reef and made sure we all understood where to snorkel. On our second trip we dropped our things on the beach and he dropped us in the water so we could do a drift snorkel back to No-Name Beach. We did this twice. The captain also speaks Dutch and English and maybe a few more languages .

I booked this for my grandson and his wife and boys 10 and 14. We stated on cruise ship as walking on a beach is difficult, They said they could not have had a better experience. They had excellent service and the staff was extremely friendly. I booked in advance for 12 noon and they were not crowded at all. Easy to locate and the a very reasonable price. Klein Bonaire is uninhabited, no facilities, just beautiful beach and water with lots of fish and at one end are turtles. You need to make sure you have bottled water and a snack. They have snorkeling equipment you can rent.

It was a bit of a walk from the cruise port (about 10-15 minutes) and there were plenty of closer water taxis, but the price was better with Epic. The captain was reliable with the schedule, and he even offered to drop snorkelers off at a great location for 45 minutes and then take them to Klein Bonaire - kind of cool.

We pre-booked our water taxi to Klein Bonaire on the web in advance as we thought it would be inundated by 3500 cruise passengers and wanted to be sure of our seats and times etc. The booking and ticketing process was super professional and could not be faulted. Bizarrely, and I think it was because the ship didn't do a Klein Bonaire trip due to the numbers permitted on the island at any one time, the taxi only had 4 takers including ourselves. Our pilot (I think he was Dutch) was really friendly and rented us masks and snorkels for $5 each as we hadn't brought ours due to their weight - these are ESSENTIAL as the snorkelling and fish you will see are exquisite. Departures are at 10am, 12 noon and 2pm and pick ups exactly 2 and a half hours later (just enough time). You are warned to take water and sun block which is good advice; you are also told that there are three structures on Klein Bonaire, one is a sun shade and the other two are trash cans! Bonaire and Klein Bonaire in particular are lovely and Epic were superb - thank you!!!
