Eagle beach probably just gets the award but Arashi is better in some ways. 10 minutes drive further north, near the California lighthouse, the beach is smaller but has all facilities; a great bar, serving juices and alcohol as well as food; there’s also a...More

Great place to snorkel, but they will rip you off to rent a chair and umbrella. They charged us $30 to rent an umbrella and 2 chairs. It is within walking distance to the California lighthouse which is nice.

The beach is beautiful but then again many beaches in Aruba are beautiful. There are some free covered areas, but be forewarned, there are many umbrellas with chairs underneath of them that are not free. There are people there that set those up and sell...More

The sand is white and warm. Slightly pink from coral. The water is unbelievable. Warm and beautiful. Little shop for drinks and snacks. Chairs available for rent. Quite convenient. Don't miss it.

Arashi was my favorite beach. Smaller than Palm Beach or Eagle Beach, but with fewer people. Amazing sunset. Great swimming.

Second trip to Aruba, a friend took us to this little gem only the locals know about....stunning little beach. At the far end by the California Lighthouse. There is a small eatery for food & drinks too. Nice & quiet!

BEAUTIFUL water...amazing! We’ve been all over the world and the water here is breathtaking! Arashi is less crowded than Eagle Beach and the water is better.

As there are no hotels around it’s never crowded.. and it’s very calm to walk out quiet a lot! Perfect for swimming in the morning!

There are no lockers. But I did have my bag taken on Arashi a couple of years ago and there were a few people who had their stuff taken just leaving it on a palapa or towel. I did buy a Kyss bag, It has a chain with a... More

Very easy, just walk out of the cruise terminal and there are plenty of taxis to choose from. When you get to the beach they will ask you what time you want to return and take your photo graph. this enables them to... More

No lockers but it's pretty low key and safe. We put our items under one of the cabana type areas and never had a problem. Not a super touristy area, so usually plenty of spots to spread out. We rented lounge chairs, I think... More
