I would like to return to this lovely beach because the sargassum was horrible and smelly. The entire Caribbean is dealing with this seaweed this year....we need a strong current or a storm (not a tropical storm or hurricane) to move the sargassum off shore....More

Went just for the day by bus from St Johns (No. 55 bus and $2.50 each way) - the driver dropped us nearby and gave directions to the beach. It was about 150metres walk from where the bus dropped me and obviously we could see...More

Fun for a rest stop and gander. That’s mainly what we did in exploring Antigua. Drive a little and look a lot. Check the water, swim and snorkel. We jusrt enjoyed the name Jabberwosk. Our guide said something about the name, as usual I am...More

Jabberwock is a beautiful beach, however, the winds tend to favour this side of the island, making the water choppy and rough at times. Great for surfers, not so great for sun worshipers or those looking for a gentle soak.

I went for a walk along here during the sunset. It strikes the right balance of temperature, beautiful sand, crystal clear ocean but beware when walking bare footed not to step on Cassy (thorns), I did but luckily didn't prick me ... I think.

This beach is little more than a thin strip of sand with a band of seaweed at its edge. Its very windy which is great of course if you like kite surfing, but not if you want to just sit and chill. If you are...More

Went for a day on this most wonderful white sand beach! Crystal clear waters. It does get windy this side of the island but it's very refreshing in the heat.

It's not as pristine as the pictures, it has no facilities and covered in seaweed. It would be great for someone to harvest and sale the seaweed. Right now you have easy parking, locals swimming and fishing (mainly on week end). They do kite surf,...More

When we were there in 2008 there were no facilities at Jaberwock beach at all. It may have changed by now however.
