Small museum telling the story of this interesting town. Lots of old photos and items made and sold locally. Enthusiastic and friendly volunteers.

Lots of interesting facts for our vsit to this wonderful village. We were looking around the village and felt that the museum provided lots of interesting fact that enhanced our experience.

This museum is in the High Street and is free entry with donations - exhibitions of Bruton past and would be worth visiting if you have a spare 1/2 hour which we did

The Museum is in the main street well posted and on the day we visited we were able to park free for 2 hours on the road outside the entrance. Disabled friendly and does have a toilet. Though the museum is small, they do have...More

This small museum is good in a limited way. It concentrates on history with few, if any exhibits on 20th or 21st century matters. Congratulations to the maker of the scale model of the town - its housing placements and shapes are commendable.

Wide variety of exhibits, well-curated and displayed. Range of subjects from early history of Bruton & its Priory, migrations (Ames family) to America, taxidermy, mills and local traders.
