This small museum is good in a limited way. It concentrates on history with few, if any exhibits on 20th or 21st century matters. Congratulations to the maker of the scale model of the town - its housing placements and shapes are commendable.

Wide variety of exhibits, well-curated and displayed. Range of subjects from early history of Bruton & its Priory, migrations (Ames family) to America, taxidermy, mills and local traders.
