Astonishing works of art, The oak trees are amazing. It would take many hours to examine all the pictures, it’s a place to keep looking time and time again to take it all in.

I have never taken a Kew guest into this gallery without them taking a deep intake of breath in awe. Over 400 paintings of an intrepid traveler in the 1800's. All ages will love it.

A charming gallery which came as a kind of bonus to our visit to the gardens. You're overwhelmed by the quantity of paintings but take time to look at the building,

Few visitors make the effort to come to this stunning gallery where the walls are completely lined with paintings by the eponymous artist. It is unique. The Sherwood gallery next door is stunning too.

We enjoyed the place very much, interesting to hear the story behind. Free if you have payed to enter Kew gardens. Make sure to see the little film that are shown continually.

What an amazing place. The walls are chock full of gorgeous, colourful paintings of exotic plants and insects. A short film (7 minutes) gives an overview of the life of this remarkable woman. It's free, once you are inside the Botanical Gardens.

Marianne North was a trail blazing women artist who should be celebrated. This gallery is built around her work and is a real gem.

Any time is a good time, but keep in mind that Kew Gardens, where it is located, attracts many tourists so I would stay away from the summer months. As for parking, I take the tube so I really don't know.
