Great preservation railway. Steam trains every weekend during the season and every day during the summer holidays

Stopped in on our way home from holiday. Great little preserved line, to find almost by accident with a steep link up the hill to what would have been the old main line junction. Anyhow - well worth a visit.

Well stocked café, cleverly worked out gala events and plenty to fill an entire day with model railway, museums, walks and a ride. Well worth a visit with any size of group or family.

This is a great place to visit. The ride on the train from Bo’ness up to Manuel and back is great fun, with excellent views across the Forth. The museum is well worth the short trek and the model railway, housed in two old German...More

Had a great time on the Santa train last weekend. Our 8 & 5 year old enjoyed it. Lots of little treats and a nice wee gift from Santa. Perhaps Santa could invest in a better suit but other than that - it was very...More

Joyce is correct, the afternoon tea train leaves Bo'ness at 14.10, it's a return journey so it gets back to Bo'ness at 15.14. We look forward to seeing you soon, please remember pre-booking is essential for this.
