Overall great experience, which I can recommend. I usually look for the conditions prior to book such tours. The view at the beach is breathtaking, amazing nature and nice calm horses. Moreover the horses have to go more than one tour (one tour is 1,5-2 hours, they have to go (most of the times) through deep sand and it’s very hot in summer - I think one tour a day is more than enough for the horses. This was by far the best experience of horseback riding abroad! Besides the stunning nature, we had the chance to get two very well trained and sensitive horses. Damas, our guide, and his crew are super friendly and professional people. This ride is worth every single cent - also for experienced riders! …

Staff is friendly, horses are well trained and don't need any experience. Both times the tour was done in small groups (first time because a large group was late, so the staff decided to start without them and have a separate tour for them; second time was their own initiative due to Covid recommendations). The first tour was in December, but due to Comporta climate, it wasn't cold at all. We will definitely repeat the experience…

My children had the most wonderfull times and safe days learning here to ride. All anti covid19 attendance rules fulfilled :) The instructors had great empathy with the children from the very first moment and the all environment is unique. We want to go back and repeat and repeat and repeat! It is really an experience that all children and adults should have. Contact with animals as special as horses and the beauty of the relationship between people and nature. In these uncertain times ... these little experiences make us continue to believe and hope for a better future Congratulations to Cavalos na Areia great Team and best wishes for success…
