I went there with my Husband in December and in the Spring with my Daughter. Lovely decor especially around Christmas. Delicious cream teas and cakes.

Danson House is well worth a visit for lovers of Palladian style architecture. It seems amazing that his historic house was left to rot and was almost lost to us....luckily the council saved the building just before it collapsed. Some of the grand rooms still...More

Beautiful place lovely staff my son got married on a Friday so there is free parking. There is a pub and restaurant in the same area.

First make sure when to visit. It is only open for tours of the house on a Sunday. The other opening times are as the registry office. The house had been allowed to fall into a terrible state but has been brought back to life....More
