They were very helpful and gave us directions to places and hiking nearby, we got to see a frozen waterfall not too far from visitor center pretty cool. Clean restrooms. Nice souvenir shop
Stopped here with friends before driving into the mountains. Enjoyed the 20 minute film on the park. Great gift shop and displays and exhibits on the park.

They helped us figure out what parts of the park would most interest us and fit our schedule. We included Clingman Dome as a result and are glad we did.
Our family really enjoys stopping at the gift shop, seeing the stuffed animals, and reading all of the info about the Great Smoky Mountains. It's a great stop before heading up the mountain.
Very well set up. We went their last winter. Christmas decorations were wonderful. Good place to get coupons for Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge attractions. Good idea to stop enroute smoky attractions
We stopped here on our way into Gatlinburg. The visitor's center was nice and the park rangers were nice. It's a great place to stop if you're in the area.
Stop by and talk to the rangers for tips and hints. Nice restrooms. Pick up maps and purchase the Cade’s Cove history booklet.
After seeing how great the Oconuluftee Visitor Center was, I figured this was like that. Not exactly. There is a great museum here. A must stop if you are in Gatlinburg.
