It's a moderate hike with a beautiful waterfall at the end, well worth the effort! Might be crowded so go early. Good shoes will help with rocks and roots on the trail. 5 miles roundtrip. Bathrooms at the trailhead.
I have hiked this trail several times and have seen hundreds of hikers/walkers without adequate water and in poor shoe choice. There are 3 hills going in and three coming out. ...also, very rocky and rooty.
