Must say we loved the cabin!! It was clean and comfortable. Never stayed in a log cabin before. Very nice bathroom. We knew in advance that we needed to ask the front desk for a hair dryer, but it was no problem. Free Wi-Fi was...More

We absolutely loved our weekend at the Colter Bay Village! We rented a tent/cabin: two hard walls, two canvas walls, a wood-burning stove, shelf, light, picnic table, fire pit, bear box, and running water were all provided at our site. We brought zero degree bags,...More

We had an absolutely wonderful experience here. Cabins are simple, clean and comfortable. Camp store and gift shop excellent. Close to Tetons and south Yellowstone. The breakfast cruise to Elk Island was magnificent with best views of mountains and amazing food to go with it.

We arrived at Colter Bay Campground just after noon early July, and we were able to secure a spot. This is, as the other campgrounds in GTNP, a * first-come-first-serve * campground. Although group sites can be reserved in advance. We were given site N291....More
