Definitely worth a visit. To get there, take the loop road past Otter Point and the Fabbri Picnic Area and Memorial. Continue across a bridge over an inlet (Otter Cove, you'll see water on both sides of the road). Continue to a low stone wall...More

Really quiet spot - nice for a morning walk. Only small, but lovely in its form. Accessed by a series of old wooden stairs. Worth a look, if you have the time to spare in Acadia.

This isn’t a beach in the sense that one would swim. There are a ton of rocks and the water is frigid. However the area is really beautiful.

Not a beach but more of a scenic rock coastal spot. Avoid high tide times as there is not much to see. Low tide is good for a full view. Also, steps down are not not recommended for those needing ADA compliant locations.

I loved this little secluded beach with millions of smooth round rocks ranging from huge to pebble-sized. Try to visit at low tide to see the most rocks. Definitely one of the most unique places I have been.

Shhh, this spot is almost always empty. It's a favorite of mine. Your GPS will take you the wrong way. The park loop road is a one way. You must enter from the Bar Harbor side, not Northeast Harbor. Enjoy!

A brief stop here is sufficient, it's rocky but no cliffs here. Enjoy a few calm moments here - not crowded at all.

This was one of our favorite places in the park. The rock formations are really unique and interesting. The beach is covered in round cobblestones that has been turned and smoothed by the waves - we found some small stones on the beach that seemed...More
