Check if the army ranges are open. If not much of the easterly walk is a road diversion for many miles. If open, the range walks are great across the hills, and enable many circular walks

This is another very interesting part of the Jurassic Coast section of the SWCP, offering some quite testing walking, great views all the way and a useful stopping point in Lulworth, although note that it does get very busy on sunny weekends.
We stopped at The Lulworth Cove Inn after a 13km hike along the SWCP and wasn’t disappointed.
Plenty of outside shady areas after a day in the sun with comfortable seating and a great menu.
